120km North of Barcelona and 80km south of the Pyrenees Mountains (France/Spain frontier).

This charming furnished 4-room apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms en-suite, an open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub,
two private terraces, and is adjacent to the 120sq.m. communal terrace, which is the roof of the Miranda residence.

The residence is peaceful and isolated, but is less than 15 minutes by car from any facility.
The building is well looked after and has a gardener. Each flat has its own parking space for a car.

The panoramic view over the Llafranch bay is splendid.

La Miranda is located 7 minutes by foot from the Llafranch seafront & beach, which were made famous in the 1970s
thanks to the Hotel Llafranch and its regulars (Salvador Dali, Johnny Halliday, Kirk Douglas) as well as its dadaist happenings.

The area, including Llafranch and the town of Palafrugell, has been preserved from typical Costa Brava highrise constructions.
Llafranch has kept an old-fashioned Hispanic charm, and is still today an elegant weekend location for Barcelonans.

The dramatic rocky coastline with its historic Botanic Gardens hides several tiny deserted beaches.
There are many fantastic walks to make along the rocks, overlooking the Mediterranean.

Diverse:

-The apartment is designed to sleep 6 persons: 2x2 in the two bedrooms and 2x1 in sofa/beds in each living-room.
-10 minutes by car from the old town of Palafrugell and its fresh markets and pedestrian areas.
-15 minutes by foot from the San Sebastian lighthouse, its medieval chapel and its 5-star hotel-restaurant.
-20 minutes by car from numerous middle-age villages and the harbour town of Palamos.
-40 minutes by car from Gerona Airport.
-1,5 hours by car to Barcelona, 2 hours by bus (direct from Palafrugell).
-1 hour to French border, and less than 1 hour to Figueres (Dali Museum).
